What will happen at our initial meeting?

We will meet with your team to discuss your company/organization's goals, objectives and mission statement for your website. We will request any written brochures, advertisements, and anything else that will help us understand your business and determine your immediate competition.

We will give you a survey to complete that will set up the details for your website or update. Each question will be set up to help us determine your present clientelle, your present marketability and your web presence. This will help our team to scout out your immediate competitors and review what they are offering on the Web and what we can do to push your branding above all the others.

We will review all the services that In Harmony Designs has to offer and how they can be properly implemented into your site. Whether your project is large or small, In Harmony Designs will tailor your website to your goals. We will also discuss logo creation, color palettes, and styles that will best promote your company/organization.

In Harmony Designs will take the information you provide at the initial meeting and from your survey and begin to investigate your marketability, your branding and your competitors. We will draw up to 3 different wireframe set ups of different website faces for your to review. We will also show you 3 different color palettes that will support your organization, products and goals.

Once the site design and color palette is set, we will begin to work with your team to develop the primary navigation and assist you in choosing content for your site. Your Project Manager will be given a password and a Web address where they can access the site we are creating for you. This site will not be "live" and will only be viewable by our team and your Project Manager. We will set up a standard of communication between your Project Manager and In Harmony Designs. We will give frequent updates to your Project Manager. Your Project Manager may contact us at any time, to discuss your site. We have specially designed Change Forms that will need to be submitted electronically or via fax should a change from the original design and layout be requested.
